Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered clean and good-sized rooms with friendly staff, although it wasn't a place to spend a lot of time in. The package arranged by our travel agent included this part of our stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were not well-maintained, with dirty sheets, a moldy bathroom that made me feel sick, and even dead flowers. On the bright side, the room had a balcony with lovely views of either the archipelago or the mountains. However, the presence of a huge refrigerator in the hall took away from the overall experience.
The hotel offers a large balcony with blooming plants overlooking the pool, but shared with noisy neighbors. The room had a vase of dead flowers, dirt in the mini fridge, and a strong mold smell in the bathroom; avoid room 506.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean with a beautiful terrace and view, but the service was a bit lacking in cleanliness. The location was convenient and offered a nice view, while the dining was hit-or-miss with some great options but some shortcomings. Overall, it was a decent stay with both positives and negatives.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and nice, with a small balcony overlooking part of town and a fabulous terrace with a superb view of the desert, the Nile, and the town. The rooms could use some modernization but were super clean and comfortable. The service was amazing, very polite and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was beautiful, a bit up on a hill but near great attractions like the Old Cataract and the Nubian Museum. The dining experience was delightful, with good service and lovely views over the hills. Overall, a great value for money.
I had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were nice, clean, with good showers, and fabulous views, making it a decent choice for a one-night stay. However, it took quite some time for the room to cool down after sunset.
